I have them saved so I uploaded it to dropbox for you. I downloaded it from Hikvision USA originally. Since the file name and everything matches exactly, the FW should be identical. DropboxUnavailable in all sites
Tomorrow I'll report about advanced events issue.
@Decibel - Smart events definitely work on that version. You need to turn on the option to save the VCA data. This can be done on the connected monitor or using the web browser - whichever you prefer:Unfortunately no fix.
I check VCA option in my devices.
They not have but I'm sure that smart events worked with same devices in the two previous NVRs that I own.
I had a response earlier today from Hikvision Support requesting photos of the issues, full build version and serial number of my NVR which I've provided.I've reported everything to Hikvision support but won't hold my breath for a response or fix...
I've downgraded to the previous version and now have to setup from scratch - joy :-(
Event markers are working again for new footage since downgrade on both local UI and Hik-Connect.
They're showing up again currently for this NVR DS-9664NI-M8I just found these release notes on the USA site under an M series NVR and now they no longer show.
The URL still works though: https://assets.hikvision.com/prd/public/all/files/202411/releasenote\K21B1_K22B1_V5.04.020_build241106_ReleaseNotes.pdf

Nvm. Maybe that just changes the steam path for Hikvision RTSP.I wonder if feature 7 in the release notes have anything to do with human/vehicle markers not showing up in Hik-Connect playback for recordings after the FW update?
...and in typical Hikvision style I've just had an e mail this morning to say the support case has been closed without resolution or explanation.I had a response earlier today from Hikvision Support requesting photos of the issues, full build version and serial number of my NVR which I've provided.
I think this is called ignorance. No response is usually a kind of response which is very uncomfortable for customers since they understand that the company does not care. I think this happens the last 3 or 4 years, especially for End Users, that could also be installers. I was receiving responses and solutions back in 2019...the support case has been closed without resolution or explanation
As said it’s been given a new reference number so not ignored. A support engineer has just called me to go through some of the issues. 2 of them he’s able to replicate and the other 2 are being looked into with further information provided.I think this is called ignorance. Just downgraded to 5.03.010_240606. Everything defaulted (NVR had to be activated in SADP Tool again), except IP settings. Same ONVIF bug still persists for me. Can access the the stream one time, then if I switch streams or exit app and re-enter... can't authenticate until an NVR reboot. It's driving me nuts now. Also, I notice that if I can only see h264 streams, and that definitely didn't use to be a thing. I'm sure I had my streams set to h265 before and IPCams could view them fine, whereas now if I set them all to h265 it doesn't even "find" any stream to play.Viewing the streams is fine. It was a little confusing for me as I don't use ONVIF and haven't used that app before. It loads as a single channel (the NVR) displaying the last camera (camera 9). When clicking the three dot menu I just see a badly ordered list of 18 streams (9 main/9 sub) that are ordered by resolution rather than NVR channel. I can select any one though and stream it.
Edit: I forgot to answer your other question. I just downgraded to the previous version - 5.03.010_240606
I can switch streams, fully exit app (iOS) and it's still working.Same ONVIF bug still persists for me. Can access the the stream one time, then if I switch streams or exit app and re-enter... can't authenticate until an NVR reboot. It's driving me nuts now
I only use H264 for both main and sub stream. Also, I notice that if I can only see h264 streams, and that definitely didn't use to be a thing.
