Doorbell setup with 2 screens and Hik Connect

Hi There,new to the forum.

I have had the setup of DS-KIS603-P with 2 screens for a few months now with no real problems.
Today when the doorbell is pressed both screens ring but no ring or notifications on phones etc (Apple),ive updated the app and phone,even deleted the indoor station from the app and QR added again,still the same?,any suggestions for next step?.

Strangely I've had something similar myself this afternoon and I'm thinking it's a Hik-Connect service glitch.

At 15:07 I had an Amazon delivery while I was out and Hik-Connect didn't ring on my phone (or my wife's phone). So I assumed that the driver didn't press the call button (that happens regularly with delivery drivers). On opening the Hik-Connect app when I get home, I've refreshed the notifications page and the call is logged correctly in the app with the snapshot image and clip. Playing back the clip I can hear the outdoor station calling. However neither iOS device received the call, and the call is not listed in the phones 'Recents' list - it would normally show 'Doorbell - Hik-Connect Video' in the Recents list whether answered or not.
