Apologies. My first post had errors. It’s current version is: V4.30.000 build 200508. I can see on the portal for B it goes up to V4.30.096

I have another model the same which clearly has a B in brackets but I can’t get it last firmware v V4.30.000 build 200508. There’s quite a few more updates on the portal but it won’t take any. Any ideas why? Thanks

Each time I add a new device to IVMS, i get this error in the bottom right corner. It does add it, but it is offline and I have no access.

I seem to have reached my maximum devices but my understanding is I should be allowed more. Is there a way around this? Currently I have 43 NVRs, each having 4 cameras and 16 Ax Pro's added. thanks

On the site list of HPP, the three dots. Go to site details and request permissions again. You may need to delete the site and re add the control panel. I have had this and some playing around with this did the trick

When I add my cameras I use the IP address of my NVR, not my individual camera. This then in turn adds all 4 cameras. Hope this helps …

Hi all Any help with this is appreciated. I have a delay for entering and exiting of 60 seconds on my door contacts. Trouble is there is two doors to go through. When I reach the second door, it goes back up to 60 seconds and resets itself. Is there anyway around this? I just want 60 seconds...

What I do is change the “zone type” to disabled. This is available on all of the sensors. That will let you open them up without the alarm going off.

Have they been formatted? Are all other devices working correctly?

Very annoying it doesn’t seem to let me do what I would like to do. I was hoping to bypass/reset the second area but having no luck. The users will have to silence the silent alarm themselves.

That’s right about the 24hr zone. Yes I had a look at adding it to its own area but did not seem to find a way to allow the above. I’ll take another look as I don’t think there would be any other way of doing it other than separating it from everything else. Thank you
