how i can connect to device if i dont have the password to upgrade the ver u want? what can i do

I thought you had the correct password you just couldn't see what your username was because of the 'gibberish' it was showing on the direct monitor.
Have you tried adding the NVR to Batch Config with the password you were trying to use in your original post?

it just change dont know how i just updated the nvr and then thets happend tryed same pass all my nvr (never cahnged) and still nothing but the same ip stay same config i dont get it
