No Events on Hik Connect

Hi,
I recently took a Hikvision NVR where we had poor service from the original supplier. I did Unbind via SADP and then added it to My Hik Connect.
Now I am not receiving any events any more. Even though the NVR is recording events and "Notify Surveillance Centre"is also ticked.
I also tried logging out and rebooting the NVR and then loggin in again but it also does not do anything.
I did add Video tampering on one of the 4 cameras which then shows as an event but no other events that were previoulsy configured on the cameras.
I searched everywhere but cannot seem to find an answer.

Is your Hik-Connect phone app logged in to the same account that you added the NVR to? Is the NVR showing online and bound in the Hik-Connect Platform Access page on the NVR?
 
Hi,
The Register status is Online.
I am not sure about the first part? I only have one Hik Connect Account and it shows the NVR and older Events (Events prior to the moving)
