Firmware Looking for new firmware for this camera DS-2CD3T20D-I3?

It's not a model we've ever seen in the UK/EU before, searching for the model on Google seems to only bring up pages for Aliexpress and other Chinese sites which would suggest this model is a Chinese 'grey' import and thus there won't be compatible UK/EU firmware.
What firmware version is this camera currently running?
When you log in to the camera and go to Configuration > System > System Settings > Basic Information what is the camera's "Firmware Version Property"?

Ok, if the camera is being packaged with this companies product it may be that the camera is actually an OEM/rebadged model designed specifically for this company and often OEM products will use non-standard/custom firmware that is not easily accessible online. I think you are going to have to seek the advice of the bird box company to see if there is any new OEM firmware for this model.
