Hik-Connect Is Hik Connect offline for anybody else?

Hi

Our Hikvision doorbell stopped working today and after checking Hik Connect and IVMS it seems both the Hikvison doorbell and the NVR with the Hikvision cameras are all offline. Ive tried resetting the NVR and the app as well as looking for clues in IVMS.

Is there any known outage or firmware upgrade I'm not seeing?

Has anything changed with your network recently?
I.e. a new router/modem, a new device added to the network, new ISP?

Thank you for the reply. It turns out the WiFi is not working, ISP confirmed its an intermittent problem in the area. Was strange as after checking the router itself and the ISP online for faults everything seemed to be fine (a sepperate device even seemed to still be connected to the WiFi). The quick on/off nature of the fault seems to be affecting the NVR more so than other devices.
