I have HWP-N2404IH-DE3 camera.
I have enabled the smart event, set the continuous schedule 24/7 and set a linkage method - record and surveillance center notification alarm.
Also, set the area and the line. There is no notification in HIK-Connect. However, there is a Line crossing alarm in the log, but not in the hik connect app
Initially, it was working, then suddenly stopped. Reboot does not help.
What i might be missing?
