How-to: How do I set up Hikvision's EZVIZ service?

Hi all, first time here,
Being using hikvision and ez-viz for a while its great stuff,
However is there a way of switching dvr/camera outputs via ezviz in app?
Seems i can only do this on sites with static ip address!
Guessing its something to do with ports?
Any way around this?

Your EZVIZ Server Address setting is incorrect. It shouldn't be a LAN IP.
Don't enter a custom value and instead leave it default.

If you're in Europe, that should be dev.eu.hik-connect.com

Also double-check that your IPv4 Default Gateway is correctly set as your router's LAN IP

I want to set up my ezviz cloud with different privileges for each user

For Example i want :

*) on my dad phones can access only camera 1,2,3 read only and playback
*) On my sister phone can only access camera no 1
*) For my phone can access full camera and full options to camera 1-16

How to do that

hi please help my nvr settings on acces platform/access platform mode option it doesnt have ezviz cloud p2p option or hik cloud p2p ... it only have hik-connect option
