HikVision Error code:8200

hi all
I have just installed some new HikVision stuff all works fine apart from when I connect to the apps on live view I get an error code of 8200, I can view playback fine but live view is becoming a real issue any suggestions on how to sort this? I am using a DS-7208HUHI DVR with DS-2CE56F7T cameras

I had the same error code 8200 today while setting up a DS-7616NI-I2/16P. It wouldn't live veiw in iVMS-4500 or the NVR web interface. I found that in the NVR - Configuration, Network, Advanced settings, Platform Access, Verification Code - I had set a custom string for Hik-Connect. What I did to make it work was put this same string in the NVR - Configuration, Local, Live View Parameters, Encryption Key.
