Hikvision DS-2CD2035FWD-I focus problems

Hi!
I have an problem with one of my two Hikvision DS-2CD2035FWD-I 4mm lens cameras.
Both cameras are on the exact same height, one for my front garden and one for my back garden.
Both cameras with equal settings and both with the latest firmware V5.6.0

The camera for the front garden has always very sharp image.

But for the back garden I could not get it sharp, the focus seems to be clear within 1 meters range of the camera, but the rest is not sharp.

See attached image. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

Does anyone have advice which settings I could try or other possible solutions?

The lens is actually out of focus.
It has not been correctly adjusted during manufacturing.
However, once set they are glued in position.
Therefore I would recommend that you speak to your reseller and seek a replacement camera.
