Hikvision Cameras lost quality on DS-7732NI-K4P NVR?

I lost quality on all my hikvision cameras , using a DS-7732NI-K4P NVR , tried to, update firmware of NVR and cameras but the cameras still shows zooming like or blur footages on the monitors , Cameras installed on device are 2MP Hikvision and 4K acusense Hikvision cameras please help.........thanks for all your responses

We need to know the exact version you have just updated too? There are multiple locations online you can download firmware from and depending on where you downloaded it from you may not be using the latest firmware.

Are all your cameras plugged in directly to the PoE ports on the NVR?

No I am using some Poe Switches because of the distance

Q1) For a single camera - does it show the blur/poor quality 100% of the time? Or is it sometimes clear and sometimes bad?

Q2) Also for a single camera - let us know all the image settings you have selected like resolution, framerate, quality, max bitrate etc. Let us know those settings for all the streams that your config allows - sub-stream, main stream, event stream, 2nd/3rd streams etc.

Q3) Where are you setting the image resolution/quality settings? On the NVR interface itself? On the NVR web interface? On the camera web interface? Or somewhere else (e.g. iVMS-4200)?
