Hik-Connect Error message “device streaming timed out. Check device network settings”?

Hi

I’m using a Hikvision DS-7604NI-E1/4P/A with 4 off DS2CD2142FWDIS 28 cameras.

When I access through HIK-Connect app using my iPhone, I can’t access recordings, they seek to about 87% then I get a message “device streaming timed out. Check device network settings”.

I can watch live feed with no issues and can switch between cameras but no recordings. I have tried on 4g and WiFi with no difference.

Any ideas?
