Hik-Connect Can no longer access settings?

Hi all

For some reason I can no longer access the settings (cog) via the app. It’ll time out and ask for my login. Nothing has been intentionally changed within the settings. I also can’t view in the browser. Port forwarding still remains setup.

I can see live view and playback no problem.

Any ideas what it could be?

I suggest you update your post with more information such as app platform (Apple/Android), app version etc. And maybe details of NVR & firmware versions too.
 
None of that was relevant in the end. For some reasons several settings had reset to defaults meaning the port was incorrect. Even timezone had changed.
