Ps. Playback on my 4mp isn't jerky. Just the 8mp.

Just tried viewing mine again in HD but green screen appears. So 20fpm and h265+ changes nothing. Until I can understand why my ddns won't connect then I think it's a software issue with hikvision.

If jumping back on update clears the green screen it would be a start. Is the h265+ a worse picture that h265?

Just done it now and dropped frame rate to 20 from full.

I read a post that some one trying to fix the jerky playback updated the nvr and that's when the green screen issues arrived. ( might have been this thread) I'm lost in threads offering advise with yet to find a solution
