DS-7608NI-I2 nvr ds 2cd2347g2 camera. Which setting picks up people and vehicles. It seems to have lost the ability to capture these types of events in smart playback.

It was better last night after increasing noise reduction level

It was OK before. The one thing I did change was the noise setting. I thought it was for the wind noise over the mic. But it's in image. I have set it to 20 from 50. I have now just put it back to 50. Would that do it? Also. What is 'gain' in image?

Both ds 2cd2347g2 lu cameras. The image of the front garden shows the car on the right as green. This is the true colour. The second video shows this car as white. Both images are at night with no white light. The light comes from a street light. Is this normal for the colour to be so far...

Can some one remind me how and where I need to go to update my firmware? I know it's a weird name I need to look for but can't remember how or where to go to find the software I need. All I know is that it's not called nvr or even my model number. This is my current version.

Update. The 1st camera has sound. It's just the new 1.

Yeah all ticked. It's started working now but I have another issue. Both cameras now are not playing sound? Ds2cd2347g2 lu and nvr is ds-7608ni-i2 The 1st turret played sound. Then I ticked background noise suppression and lost sound to it. Now neither play sound.

I have a colorvu turret camer lu on the front of the house. The led doesn't come on at night but triggers all the time when motion or line crossing events occurs. I have just installed another at the side of the house. The led doesn't come on though when triggered and instead comes on at night...

Just added another colorvu 4mp turret to my ds-7608ni-i2 nvr. I for some reason are not getting sound. I think the audio is ticked ( video audio) correctly. Also the led is coming on when line detection is set. No light or trigger on app unlike the other turret I have.

All updated. Set up all the motion zones, intruder zones and line crossing. Camera light comes on for 15 seconds when triggered. Only thing I don't get is push notifications to my app.

I have downloaded the file. Unzipped it and then copied the unzip and put it on This PC > Windows (c) > and put it in a folder I created call hikvision. Is that right? Then I go through the camera and brouse for the folder to upgrade.

I assume mine is 1 of these 2. G3 or g5?
