Where do I find my license info?

The MS- versions of Milesight camera do not usually come with the VCA package included, you will need to contact Milesight directly to ask them for a VCA Licence - https://www.milesight.com/company/contactUs

This is one of the reasons we sell our own UI- versions of the Milesight cameras because we request that all the stock we bought included the VCA license pre-loaded. (as well as a few other features which were not included by default)
