Unable to continuous live view hikconnect

Since 20 12 2024, I am unable to continuously Live view on the hikconnect app. It shows 5 minute limit streaming message. I am using android phone. Would really appreciate any help on how to get back continuous live view.

Is the problem camera(s) added to the Hik-Connect app on its own and recording to MicroSD or are the cameras connected to an NVR which is added to Hik-Connect?

Can you please confirm the camera and/or NVR model numbers and the firmware versions they are currently running?

What version of the Hik-Connect app are you currently using?

How did you add the DVR to Hik-Connect? Was it added via Platform Access/P2P or did you manually add it using the local IP address?

Can you please go to Me > About in the app and confirm which version of the app you are currently running?

You say you are "unable to continuously Live view", does this mean you are getting a live image but this error pops up after some time and stops the live view or is there no live image at all and just this error message?
 
There is live image. Error message of 5 minute limit for streaming. Previously there was continously live view for hours. Then on 20122024, app got logged out by itself and error message of camera removed from network.

Its the hikvision new SDK limitation, it will close stream data after expirelimit value set. Their expire time is 5 min

It can be bypassed by creating custom app using their SDK and setting up your own expiration time, or setting (0) for unlimited.

Also i have heard that installing very old version of hik connect also bypasses this restriction, as it still uses old AndroidHCSdk
