Firmware Unable to browse for firmware file when connected to my NVR in a web browser

NVR(HIK Vision DS-7608NI-K2/8P and IP Camera(Hik Vision DS-2CD2155FWD-1(S) ( Firmware update/upgrade.)

Help, my NVR is unable to allow me to select on browse to update or upgrade firmware.
Any recommendations?

Does it work if you use Internet Explorer mode in Edge, as explained here:

There are some IP camera and NVR models that do not work well when you try to connect to them in modern web browsers (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc.), as they use firmware designed for use on the Internet Explorer engine. Now that IE11 is being retired from Windows...

I know that there are browser compatibility issues with the older firmware versions for your NVR.

IE Tab in Chrome should work too
