Hello, I'm a new Hikvision DS-7216HUHI-K2 owner. I have the remote control that came with it. I works as long as I use HDMI Live View on my local monitor. If I change over to CVBS Live View as the output to the monitor, I no longer can access any menu or use the remote control. I have multiple monitors directly wired by coax, connected to A/V Composite (Yellow RCA) connectors, of all which connect back to the DVR CVBS BNC connector. HDMI is not an option as all existing coax wiring is in walls. I've seen references online going to Menu >>>Configuration >>> Live View, where "Video Output Interface" option is, but I cannot find that specific menu option. Does anyone know where that is? Can/will the remote operate (as it does in HDMI) in the CVBS video Live View out mode? Thanks for any help in solving my dilemma.
