QVIS mobile app - Error 100000?

Hi
I am having problems with my qvis mobile app
It keeps saying error code 100000 since yesterday?

System working fine on tv but on my phone it has just stopped working

Any help would be appreciated

can you post the camera / NVR model number and firmware release?
 
Resurrecting this thread as I have now have the same issue with Qvis explorer. The app worked perfectly for 5 years, then a couple of days ago it no longer listed my device I tried reinstalling the App and re adding the system (OYN-X Nitro) and after a lot of failed attempts and error codes it started to work again but the day after it had lost the device again and when I try adding it back I get message unknown error 100000.
