Hik-Connect Notifications are not showing up on HIK Connect App

Hello

I have 4 camera's and they are successfully set up. I use no-ip as the DDNS provider. I can view the camera's on my phone with no issue however the "alarms" and "notifications" are not showing up on the app. However they show up on the NVR and also they show up on the iVMS-2000 app. I have made sure the surveillance centre is enabled so I have no idea why this is not working?

Experienced this also when using DDNS. As far as it seems it is only possible to get push notifications to an app when using Hik-Connect.

Ah thanks I thought that may be the issue, looks like I'll have to set it up again using Hik Connect
