Just purchased a new Hikvision NVR for my home setup. I’ve reset and removed the old unit, and installed the new one (sourced from Alltrade). However, it’s now asking for a password—and none of the passwords I used with the old system are working.
At the moment, I’m completely without camera coverage until Monday when Hikvision support is available. Has anyone else had this issue with a brand new unit? Any advice or ideas would be appreciated.
