New 7716 NVR Issue (came with version 5 firmware) - cameras offline? ["Failed to get stream"]

Hi,

I have a DS-7716NXI-I4/S that came fresh with version 5 on it... all my cameras (hikvisions) stay offline with the message failed to get stream.

We ordered a second unit and unfortunately also running version 5 with the same issue...

In my older device running version 4 all cameras are working as it should be...

Any clue how to fix it?

Subnets are in the same /24, if I made a typo on purpose I get incorrect password so access level is all oke...
Tried with a new hikvision camera out of the box with a switch camera/nvr and same issue is there.

I see others are having it and a rollback to version 4 solved it but I cannot find a V4 release...

Hope someone has the magic solution
