I have NVR DS-7608NXI (V4.76.015 build 240108) with 8 IP cameras. One of these cameras is DS-2CD2122FWD-I (V5.5.82 build 190909) and this one does not work with the NVR. I can't watch the video in IVMS or via HiLook app - error message "Camera is off or not connected" or "Operation is not supported by channel (91)".
But at the same time (when this error message appears in IVMS) the camera is working fine - I'm logged in directly via its camera IP address and streaming is without problems.
Could you help me how to solve this problem?
This camera is the oldest and only has H264+ encoding, all the others have H265 - could this be the problem?
