In your last screenshot you seem to have all the settings correct.
It's odd that your router's DHCP has issued the camera with an address of .88
And odd that the table at the bottom shows the camera connecting and disconnecting.
What do you get if you enter the camera's IP address in Internet Explorer?
If no joy, perhaps try restarting your router.
Check that your gateway, PC and camera all remain in the same domain range (I would expect the router to issue a new / different IP address other than .88 to the camera).
If still no joy, I don't expect this to be causing problems at this stage, but you can try changing the Primary DNS address to that of Google's DNS servers - 8.8.8.8
