Door Entry Hikvision access control acting up?

i have around 25 Hikvision DS-K1T341CMF - Face Recognition Terminals connected to an IVMS 4200-AC (all have latest firmware)
I have created an access group and joined all together to have all the employee credentials (photo and fingerprint) on all devices
It is working good except for few devices where i am getting these errors ( and hikvision support is not replying at anything )
What should i try to verify?! i have tried lowered the quality acceptance of the photo but in vain

also i can see i have 500 persons but 1200 fingerprint ( only 1 fingerprint per person !) - i don't know how to check these fingerprints?

It could be you have multiple organizations and that user already exists in first, and you are sending both to device.

You said you are getting on just few devices that error, that's because that particular user have permissions just on those particular devices.

Poor image quality: Problem can occur when background is too detailed, it has to be either grey/white wall and nothing behind when enrolling image. User has to be approx 60cm from device and it has to capture face and shoulders.

If you have 25 doors, ivms is a clusterfu** to manage everything. I highly suggest to invest into Hik-Central web based management. Its easier, less demanding for PC, easily accessible from multiple platforms, and easier to manage.

There is a free version up to 16 doors and 3000 users but you exceed that with having 25 units. But the price shouldn't be that high for someone that have 500 users and 25 face recognition terminals.
