HIK vision - Camera image does not show over web preview

Hello,

I have HIK VISION DVR - DS-7208HFHI-ST, Firmware version: V3.0.1 build 150429

On my computer I got all cameras working by using ivms 4200 software.

When i try to access dvr over web via Ip address, I can enter dvr but cameras does not show. Message I receive is live view failed. Message is attached.

Beside accessing DVR over IP locally, I have set to access DVR over DDNS. I am able to enter dvr over url but cameras does not show.

Can someone tell what could be the problem and how to fix it?

Try using the original Internet explorer on your pc or laptop to access it, have you port forwarded the right ports?
i know Hikvision has three different ones, one for HTTP one for mobile and another for cant remember what, make sure all three a opened, could be when youre connecting via web that the web port is not opened.
