Firmware V5.7.17 build 240606

Hello. I have installed the new firwarmV5.7.17 build 240606 but I have
big problem with the Google SEARCH. The camera is Hikvision DS-2CD3386G2-ISU. It is very slow and difficult to use the camera, through the computer. How can I solve this problem? Thank you.

If you remember, can you please confirm what firmware version the camera was running before you updated it to V5.7.17?

Can you also log in to the camera with a browser, go to Configuration > System > System Settings > Basic Information and confirm the "Firmware Version Property" of the camera?

I was using V5.7.2 build 211109.

The camera has updated itself to the new firmware. I happened to notice this and then turned off the camera and restarted it. And now there is a new firmware V5.7.17 build 240606.

Now everything is fine and the browser itself is fixed and the camera works fast and smooth.

I didn't notice this before.
