Encrypted exported file / line crossing and motion detection marks

How does one not have these files encrypted for sharing ? Makes no sense to have your normal encryption password used for export encryption. Is there a way around it, turn it off or change it somehow ?

I have not noticed that when you export files that the line crossing area and motion detection also come over, is there a way to get rid of this ?
