DS-9632NI-I8/V4.22(Just upgraded) USB Ports do not recognize USB Stick

Hello,

New to the forum world. Just recently upgraded the HikVision NVR DS-9632NI-I8 to 4.22 and the USB ports are not recognizing the USB Stick and a message pops up with "Current external storage device does not exist or is damaged. " The client is using a 16GB USB stick. The USB ports were able to recognize the USB Stick prior to the firmware upgrade. The client has tried 3 total. 2 were brand new USB sticks, yet the same message pops up for them as well when trying to format the USB, prior to exporting a Video File to the USB stick. The other was done reformatted on computer, but was done as express...does this need to be done in the longer format to be recognized?
Anyone else have this issue?

I am new to this forum as well as I just purchased an 7608NI-I. I recieved it with version 4.1.63 and read that version had issues initializingg drives, so updated to 4.22.000 (from USA site) before I will install my HD.

I just checked and can confirm that I can still access my USB drive. Maybe try another USB stick...
