Firmware DS-2CD2387G2-LU 8MP Turret Latest Firmware Link?

Hello everyone.

I installed two DS-2CD2387G2-LU 4K turrets today with a DS-7608NI-I2 running V4.51.007 build 210818 and had a few issues listed below:
1.. Pixelated 1/3rd image in live view in 8MP
2.. Digital Zoom function turns screen black and only way to reset to normal view was to restart NVR
3.. Auto switches resolution down from 3840*2160 to 3200*1800

I searched for a new firmware and found Firmware_V5.7.1_211009 available via the UK product link page:

Since carrying out the firmware update the faults seem to be fixed but Im not getting the event/white light linkage to control?

Do we have a direct link to the UK Portal for updating these new 4K ColorVu turrets

The original ethernet cable fitted 6 years ago was aluminium , Today I re-cabled with solid copper core CAT5e and 8MP ColorVu now working correctly

Did you get yours from a UK supplier? My supplier is showing late October for availability. No doubt when they are readily available the firmware will appear in the portals, as there's nothing beyond 5.5.801 for the G5 platform in either the UK or EU portal currently. Regarding the white light linkage, I've only seen that option on 5.5.114 firmware - 5.5.801 removed it. Time will tell whether Hikvision will add the feature back at a later date.

Got it, thanks - created account there. Strange how the bigger/biggest UK suppliers don't have them yet.
