Hik-Connect Doorbird Connected to Hikvision NVR, Mobile App error as Doorbird does not have a Sub-Stream?

Hi all,

I am new to this forum.

I managed to get a Doorbird connected to Hikvision NVR Successfully.

Unfortunately, the Hik-Connect Mobile Android App displays an error only on Doorbird window when viewing multiple cameras.

I think it is due to Doorbird only having a Main Stream and no Sub Stream.

When I see the Doorbird via Mobile App on its own and I select "HD" the live view is displayed.

"Basic" displays an error.
Video playing failed. Error Code: (246106).

Does anyone know a work around for either Mobile App or NVR to be set up so it displays live view in Basic, but really is the Main Stream (HD stream).

I hope the above makes sense.
