Whilst the NVR picks it up just fine the mobile app says camera off line. really stuck on how to resolve this? ive tried deleting the NVR from the app and re adding.

For Hik-Connect: Disable > Save > Enable again > Save In your Hik-Connect app. Logout and login again. Sometimes when adding or moving cameras the changes don't immediately update on the Hik-Connect service and the above should refresh the connection.
