Hi all.
I have this annoying problem when I try to access Hikvision system via browser (Chrome, Edge,…). When I try to access (using ietab) the vast majority of times I get a “not possible to access this page”. Even a ping on the ip tells me its blocked. Sometimes (I have no clue why) it works (the IP changes every day). Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi @Rui_v

If the IP address is changing all the time this probably means you have DHCP enabled.

If you open the Hikvision SADP Tool, select the device from the list, disable the DHCP tick box, enter your admin password for the device, and click Modify.

The Hikvision device should then stay fixed to the IP address it has been assigned.

Another option if you have access to your router admin and know what your doing, you can manually set an IP address against the MAC address of your camera so that DHCP can remain active in camera setup and the router will assign the fixed IP instead.

Hi,
DHCP isn´t ticked but the IP changes (daily, as I'm aware). Today, for example, i could access the page (via browser) but that´s seems a random thing
