Camera system inside house

Hi everyone, we are looking to install cameras inside the house in 4 different rooms. We are looking for cameras that ideally don’t require a cable and an app that allows monitoring as well as constant recording. Which cameras or systems would you recommend?

Uniview has wireless options at a great price point ( Hikvision level brand, if not better )

If you want something cheap cheap. ( both in reliability and functionality ) then look at Reolink or Xiaomi, both have wireless cameras. I personally would choose Xiaomi over Reolink ( better image quality at night and a semi-decent app )

If you have some home automation, like Sonoff, then by all means use the Sonoff Cameras, they are cheap but reliable, and they have a very decent RTSP stream so you can use a NAS as your recording device, they do have SD Card built in, but give you flexibility with the built-in RTSP support. ( nice sample )

If you want a completely wireless solution you will need to look at battery-powered and app-based solutions like NEST or Arlo

Come to think of it, @Dan, can't you guys get stock of the Hikvsion NK42W0H-1T(WD)(D) Wi-Fi Kit ?

There are Hikvision WiFi Kits available but we don't currently list them on our website because older versions of the WiFi kits had technical problems and were not massively popular with the public.

Before you even invest in Wifi cameras I would check you have decent Wifi coverage in all rooms where the cameras will be.
