I installed this 2 days ago.
No differences or improvements for previous issues.

- Playback-Event Playback once again out of event start time (no "pre-record" at all) for continuous recording.
- The Rules selection buttons on Playback-Normal-Smart search (by rules) are once again occasionally mixed and no search can be performed.
- Normal playback Rules smart search Motion Detection search is missing.
- Event playback space Rules smart search Speed Up, Speed Down controls x2 x4 x8 x16 controls are missing.
In Search tab after searching e.g. Event for one camera and want to go back search another, there is no option to close the previous window or go back and you must select another option e.g. Human and then go back to search for second camera Events.
- A new option with check box is added in Home Screen left side column, beside Human and Vehicle, called Smart Scene Event.

As I've just mentioned in the other 'iVMS VCA Search' thread, if you report it to the Support team in your area too, this should help to get them raised and addressed.

About iVMS I am on v3.10.0.6 which OK for now.
To be honest, there was a similar issue(not with dates) after updating to firmware v4.82.100, where no results found for smart events search by rule. But this was solved after increasing sensitivity in iVMS VCA search. This was tricky because the sensitivity adjusting bar was fade and could not be set at 3rd scale. But this was possible after selecting the kind of search I wanted to perform.
Rule search on NVR was OK possibly because search sensitivity is preset at highest level

Everyone who wants to Update with this Firmware must know that this firmware cannot be rollback. Not even to 4.82.xx previous firmwares.
Also the Playback-Normal search issue with search by rule buttons(overlapping or layering over others) became worse and daily issue. Sometimes I need to reboot....

About Acusearch, this is described on latest manual 4.82.000_20240422 page 12 and says something about Pictures containing the targets. Cannot understand what they mean as usual..................

AcuSearch is present now both in the camera firmware and the NVR firmware. I’m fairly sure it doesn’t work as it’s such a big change yet there’s been no information, promotion of it by Hikvision.
I can't use v5.7.17 SP till they fix the Normal Events(Motion) by Rules Search on Playback-Event-v5.7.17 camera-Space Rule-Draw Motion Detection Rule.
Re-installed to test, restored factory default again, re-formatted the SDcard, recorded for a few hours, but at the end no normal Events found. And there are Normal Events because I can find them through Search Tab. Going back to v5.7.15 or v5.7.14 fixes the issue.
When on v5.7.17, which is supposed to be Acusearch capable, I also checked the Intelligent Search Settings on NVR to see if Acusearch Algorithm can be enabled for this camera Channel, but it cannot and remains fade for this channel and all channels. The Linked Channel All option checkbox can be enabled but all channels remain fade again. So there must be something else...

About the buttons "mixture"(icons overlapping or layering over others) that sometimes makes selection impossible in Playback Normal, I would like to mention that by changing output resolution from 3840*2160 to another lower resolution of 1920*1080 or 1280*720 the issue disappears at least for that moment. No need to reboot or perform a by Rule search on Playback Event. So high resolution(4K) is possibly using high graphics processor power and causes this kind of artifact.

Draw the searching area and Draw line Icons, overlapping or layering over others(Search, Clear and Quit), has stopped after HDMI output resolution is changed on other than 3840*2160.
Working now on 1920*1980 on my 4K TV for more than 3 days.
