Could you walk thru pls. I am unable to have continuous live view. Only 5minsmlive view before it stops.

There is live image. Error message of 5 minute limit for streaming. Previously there was continously live view for hours. Then on 20122024, app got logged out by itself and error message of camera removed from network. Version V6.7150.1213

added to nvr, model IDS 7204HQHI-M1/S(AG0539800), V4.71.100 build 230712

Since 20 12 2024, I am unable to continuously Live view on the hikconnect app. It shows 5 minute limit streaming message. I am using android phone. Would really appreciate any help on how to get back continuous live view. Thank you
