Android version,,, I prefer the last version maybe because you get used to it , and the last version was easier to open and operate . But this new version maybe take a few days to get the hang of it . Anyone else have any say on new version for android mobile !!

Go into the hikivision app in your apps you should be able to update app from there .hopefully it helps you .

Hi, Telsa , what I'm saying is I have checked for updates mine wont open the last update 0712 but I tried another and was able to see the app online

When I contacted eurocables they said to me the colorvu cameras are 5amp and they require a 5amp psu 12vdc,!!! And they supply only 1 psu per kit ,,,

Sound chum, Eurocables recommended everything when I asked for a good cctv recording system they didn't have a value when I phoned in and explained what the problem was with there equipment, I must take up the recommended psu you texted me about instead of having the 2 cameras powered up...
