hmm look like if i switch from video & audio to video only, it stick to 15fps also, it look like it does 250 meg segment file per 8 minutes on continuous recording, that seem high usage to me i will go video only for a while and see what happen with the filesize

I just got a DS-2CD2087G2-LU G3 with latest firmware and while in ivms, when the cursor is on a camera, there is informatin showing up at the top. In the right corner it show bitrate and fps my setting is h265+ with 15 fps but it randomly jump between 15 and 25 fps anyone know why?

that mess is sad, i want to change one of my camera for a color vu but it's hard for me to commit to buy one with all that uncertainty hopefully thing get clearer / better soon (in less than 2 months) otherwise it will go to next year, 10+ months

thanks for the information. i will try a mini pc (not a NUC brand) that use a J4125 processor (4 cores) and 6 gig of ram with hdmi output. gpu is embedded and there is hardware decoding for video in it and it's "recent" from 2019 (you can look intel Ark for the specs) i will post the result...
