Hi @Jfd7000 The 1-series cameras (1xx3G2) are a basic, entry-level range and as you will see from the specs on the DS-2CD1383G2-LIU product page they only support basic Motion Detection, they do NOT support Smart Events like line crossing and intrusion detection.

Hmm that is strange, I can't remember ever seeing a Hikvision camera behave differently like this when no settings have been changed. I can only think that changing the IP address might have defaulted/reset some settings on the camera, maybe something to test would be to connect the Hikvision...

Yes, the model number is DS-7616NXI-I2/S(E) but Hikvision for some reason print the (E) on a different line on the NVR label.

Hi @dimmon-ua The latest firmware for your NVR is V5.03.020_240904 (Go to Resources > Firmware to download the firmware file) Sometimes the online firmware checker in the NVR menus doesn't detect the latest firmware versions, always check the Hikvision website.
