Update on this issue - Hikvision have told me that this fix has been postponed until the next M-Series firmware update. Here's their reply to me: I'll test and confirm when the new version is released.

I'm not certain that you can actually add ONVIF cameras to the indoor stations, as all of the instructions I've found specify using the 'HIK protocol' only. E.g. see section 2.3.5 in this manual. Also, if you look at the datasheet here, it doesn't state that the indoor station is ONVIF...

OK, so you trying to connect the cameras to the DS-KH6320-WTE1? If so, this won't work, as you can only add cameras to an indoor station. The doorbell supports ONVIF, but this is only for adding the doorbell to an NVR (and not for adding cameras to the doorbell).

Thanks - it's a known issue with one of the I-Series firmware versions. If you clear all of your cookies for the NVR webpage, and reload the page with fresh cache (Ctrl+F5), it should let you log in again in Edge to update to the current firmware, which should hopefully resolve the live view...
