Hi, I've tried initilisation and it goes 1% and 20% then back to abnormal. I think I will contact Connectec to request a new hard drive. I've only had it since Jan 2023

Ho Dan, I've tried that and it doesn't do anything. All that leaves to try is initialisation, which will erase all of HDD. Is that the next step to try?

Oh right, so are there any alternative ways to power analogue cameras? Yes the 2 IP cameras are operating via PoE switch

Hi Phil, Thanks for the advice, I will remove 2 of the ones that have always worked then monitor any change. I suppose I could remove the power supply entirely and use a POE switch. Thanks and have a good weekend
