Thanks guys - your analysis was perfect. It was caused by an issue with the smart plug I had it connected to so that I could measure power consumption. Looking through the data there was a brief dip at the exact time the abnormal shutdowns happened. Since removal I have had no issues.

Hi, Just recently installed the DS-7616NI-M2/16P. Everything seems fine apart from abnormal shutdowns. Had 2 already today, and 1 yesterday. Firmware is V5.03.010 build 240606 Any thoughts? Thanks

It’s not an option you can change it’s built into the operating system. I have a note 9 running Android 9. I opened the post to get help not debate about the os.
