Hik-Connect how can i access my NVR using RTSP outside LAN network?

Can you access it locally in same network? If yes

Then you need to open port / use dyndns or static WAN ip address.
Or set up a VPN connection to NVR network.

We are developing custom application for Hikvision End user where user will able to access live view using NVR/DVR without port forwarding. But I am unable to access camera outside the LAN.

Then you need to register at tpp.hikvision.com, sign the NDA and get yourself ISUP documentation. This way only main server has to open ports(cloud server)

Clients and hikvision devices simply register to ISUP server rather than hik connect.

Good luck

Thank you for guiding to so long way.
I have already signed MLA and have the ISAP documentation. But unaware of NDA and ISUP documentation. I have also requested them for AK/SK for Hik-Connect Restful API. Is there anything for to do from my side?

There is OpenApi hikcentral, Hik-connect API which will use their server( i dont like this) , hik partner pro API which enables configuration nodes(also their server) and ISUP(Device Gateway). I use Device gateway server where i register all the hikvision devices and then push to mobile phone apps.

But using anything that is on their end such as their servers, will results in hard limitation where you wont even guess.

I highly suggest creating your own server and not rely on them. As soon they change policy or some node/update, you will need to rush and update your service.

Maybe you can look into ZeroTier documentation and implementation, this way you can avoid creating your server.
