Slowly but Surely because I’m a newbie

I’m in South Africa and reaching out for some advice please.
I’m helping a friend to sort out remote access to his cameras on a Unifi network. With Port Forwarding it works great when connected to the internet on Fibre. When on Unifi LTE-Pro failover, Vodacom don’t allow port forwarding on any LTE router that is not theirs.
What is a workable solution?

If you don't need a NVR for the human/vehicle search functions on accusense cameras, how do you view these events on the web login playback?

I am looking for one software on a PC that will allow viewing cameras from all companies of all types
