YUCHENG IP camera no PTZ function

I need help with restoring PTZ part of the Yucheng IP camera P03Z95P4T20 (IPG-7350PSS-S/W)
Serial #I206A13E392A46196597751.
After a reset to factory defaults the camera (picture) works fine, but there is no PTZ function.
The camera is running 1.0.4-20190829Z1S firmware.
Is there a key sequence? I have tried 164+call+64+call, but it is not working.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

We have never heard of or worked with any Yucheng IP camera, from looking online it would appear to be quite a cheap PTZ model so it could simply be a hardware failure. (sometimes when a camera reboots/resets and the power cycles it can cause electrical components to fail, especially if the camera had been running for a long time before the power cycled)

All we could recommend is to try hard resetting it again and maybe try speaking to Yucheng to see if there is any newer firmware for this model.
