Firmware Where can I find the correct new Firmware to download?

Hi i have a Hikvision NVR version V4.30.216- Build210629 which i want to upgrade with a new version of firmware. which new version do i need to download.

What model is your NVR please?
If you visit the Hikvision website for your region, then navigate to the product page for your NVR, you should find the latest firmware at the bottom of that product page.

This model looks like it was part of a kit and I don't believe that kit has ever been available for authorised sellers like us to sell in the UK/EU.

I can't find a firmware version that exactly matches the firmware you are currently running so I couldn't even recommend trying a firmware version for another model with this NVR, I think your only options will be to either speak to the company you bought the NVR/Kit from and/or ask Hikvision support in your region if they can point you to the correct firmware.
