Voger VG360 cloud recording?

i have recently installed a Voger VG360 camera which works perfectly,the problem i have is that the cloud only records movement at night time,the memory card records everything.i have checked the time settings and it is on 24 hour record ?Dave L

did you manage to work out a way to get cloud to record all the time please?
