Hi,

Please could somebody assist?

I can’t get access remotely via iVMS anymore. Please see attached screenshots of the current configuration and how I’ve attempted port forwarding on my Virgin router.

Any assistance would be great thank you in advance.

Thanks again
Graham

Your port forwarding ip address is 192.168.0.21
On the Dvr the address is 192.168.0.2
You need to change the Dvr address to 192.168.0.21.

To improve performance I would change the DNS address to 8.8.8.8 and the backup to 8.8.4.4
I would also enable the upnp option.

btw I used to use iVMS-4500 and hated Hik-Connect. However after using Hik-Connect for several months I strongly advise using it rather than iVMS-4500.

Port forwarding and the Dvr address should be the same.

Change the Dvr address to 192.168.0.2 and it should work.

I’ve changed the DVR address to 192.168.0.2 (circled). Do I need to change any of the other fields? Then all the port forwarding addresses are 192.168.0.2
